Goal: Promote Charleston Oncology’s reputable physicians and brand while highlighting patient satisfaction; generate higher patient volume.

Strategy: Produce compelling storytelling collateral via emotive video interviews with breast cancer survivors about their personal experiences in choosing Charleston Oncology as their care partner.

Results: HHK traced and contacted breast cancer survivor patients to share their delicate stories in video and written format. Several powerful patient testimonials were shot and beautifully edited to disseminate via multiple multimedia platforms. These videos were broadcasted across television, social media, and digital video campaigns under “I Chose Charleston Oncology,” which ran for one month.

The campaign directed viewers to a landing page that HHK built where all videos and stories were housed – https://ichosecharlestononcology.com/. This platform gathered analytics to track data on the campaign’s performance. YouTube videos alone received over 13,400 views.

The success of this campaign couldn’t have been possible without the participation of these kindhearted patients who took the precious time to share their vulnerable stories with us and thereby truly reinforcing the impact Charleston Oncology had on their literal lives.
