Alex Duncan is the Digital Coordinator at HHK. She oversees our Google search, display, and video campaigns to generate calls, website visitors and leads for our clients. Additionally, Alex provides our clients with website support from updates to redesigns because a strong website is key to maximizing digital marketing’s ROI. She is a Johns Hopkins University alumna with a Master of Arts in Health Communications and has over eight years of experience in digital marketing.
Previously, Alex was part of the WCBD-TV News 2 sales department as the Integrated Digital Specialist. During her role, she executed digital marketing campaigns from inception through optimization phases to accomplish each client’s objectives through a needs analysis. This entailed developing comprehensive strategies supported by industry market trends and research. She selected proven-effective tactics to achieve goals through social, search, display, video, and/or email marketing.
Before moving to Charleston in 2016, Alex was the Communications Manager at the National Pharmaceutical Council in Washington, DC. There she promoted crucial patient-centric, pharmaceutical-related topics through social, content, and email marketing.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Ohio University, her home state (cut her a break). When she isn’t on her computer, you can find her strolling around Park Circle with her new baby girl, Bexley, or chilling out on Folly Beach with her husband, Nate.
