Charleston Aesthetic Laser Center offers a full range of aesthetic services using the latest technology available. In the highly competitive medical spa marketplace, the center wanted to increase marketing efforts to promote its services and drive business. Additionally, Charleston Aesthetic Laser Center and InvisiVein, once combined, were separated. Brand awareness of the new name, new location and packaged services was the goal. HHK developed the “True Love” marketing campaign to be implemented just prior and during the holiday season, a prime time for women to spend dollars on cosmetic procedures. The campaign included a targeted eblast mailing, print ads and a TV spot along with promotion on the center’s website. To better track results, a call to action was included on all marketing pieces. Charleston Aesthetic Laser Center saw increased business during their holiday season directly attributed to the campaign.
